    Hi,

When trying to pair, does it give an error or does it not even appear in the Bluetooth options?

Start menu > Settings > Bluetooth and Devices > Add devices > Bluetooth > put headphones in pairing mode.

If it asks for a PIN, enter 0000?

Have you tested the earbuds on another PC or smartphone?

Search for msinfo32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot, and post it here so we can see the correct laptop model or desktop configuration.

    Thanks

Most connection issues with Bluetooth earbuds on Windows 11 are caused by pairing mode, range, battery, or a stale pairing entry.

Try these steps in order on the Windows 11 PC:

    1. Make sure Bluetooth is on and the PC supports it
      1. Select Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
      2. Confirm the Bluetooth toggle is turned On.
    2. Put the Jxrev J53 earbuds into pairing mode
      1. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions to enter pairing mode (often involves placing them in the case and holding a button until an LED flashes).
      2. Ensure the earbuds are close to the PC while pairing.
    3. Remove any old pairing and add them again
      1. Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
      2. If the J53 earbuds appear in the list, select More options (…) > Remove device.
      3. Select Add device, choose Bluetooth, then select the J53 earbuds when they appear.
    4. Check the earbuds’ battery level
      1. Fully charge the earbuds and case.
      2. Turn the earbuds off and back on, then try pairing again.
    5. Restart Bluetooth and Windows
      1. In Settings > Bluetooth & devices, turn Bluetooth off, wait 10 seconds, then turn it on again and retry pairing.
      2. If that fails, select Start > Power > Restart and try pairing again.

If the earbuds still will not connect but work with another device (like a phone), check the Jxrev support information for any firmware or compatibility notes specific to Windows.
