How do I get my external drive to start working?
I have an external CD/DVD drive for my Windows 11 computer. The system recognizes that there is a drive plugged in, but the CD/DVD will not play. I have tried the same external drive on my old computer (Windows 10), and it works with no problem.

Windows 11 Sound Issue
