    Hi @Kelly Tillmann

In old teams icon change options are available. but the new teams this options has been removed. at the same time have the chance to use your team pictures and emojis. In the sense suppose you have personal friends group or official work group you have chance to use pictures and emojis in the group.

    Thanks.

    Ok I understand your problem.

    Try and do this...

Hover over the Team name in your sidebar.

Click the More options (...) button.

    Select Manage team.

    Go to the Settings tab.

Click on Team picture and select Change picture.

Upload a new image or choose from the available avatars/colors.

If this doesn't work tell which device are you trying to change it from (e.g. Android, Windows 10, 11) and it's a personal or work/business account.
