Log into any Microsoft account you may have on the link below, there, you should find any subscription you may have, check the expiry date on the subscription to see if it has actually expired if you have not enabled recurring billing on the subscription.

To check the status of a Microsoft 365/cloud storage subscription and see if it has expired:

    1. Go to the Microsoft account Services & subscriptions page: https://account.microsoft.com/services.
    2. Sign in with the same Microsoft account email and password used for the subscription.
    3. Under the Subscriptions (or Services & subscriptions) heading, review each listed subscription:
      • If it shows Expires on [date], that is the expiration date.
      • If it shows a circular arrow and Next charge information, recurring billing is on and the subscription is still active until that date.
    4. For OneDrive-specific storage plans, you can also:
      • Go to Manage Storage on the OneDrive website (for example, via the OneDrive Manage Storage link), then select Manage next to the storage plan to open the Microsoft account site and review the plan under Services & subscriptions.

To see how much cloud storage is currently in use and what quota applies:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft storage page using the personal Microsoft account.
    2. Select the Microsoft storage section to view total storage, usage, and quota.
    3. If storage appears full or over quota, either delete files (from OneDrive or Outlook.com) or renew/buy more storage using the Buy now option shown there.

If a subscription was just purchased or renewed and the storage or subscription status does not update immediately, it can take up to 24 hours for changes to appear. If storage still has not updated after several hours, check storage from the OneDrive website or Outlook.com Email storage section, or use the Outlook mobile app’s Settings → Account → Storage area to force a refresh.
