Microsoft support does not exist--how do I find help

Every time I try to get help, I am placed in AI hell!!! There are no living agents working for Microsoft. My motherboard failed. The local Microsoft Support Center said they cannot send it in for me. I try to get support and AI never provides a means to get a real person to help me. They never answer the question in a fashion that actually allows me to know how to send the machine in to get serviced.

HELP!!! Where can I find a real person who actually knows how to get service for a Surface that failed. This is my fifth and now my last Surface!!!! There is no way to get help. Does anyone know anyone who can find a real person working at Microsoft who can help?????

you can take your surface to Microsoft store or authorized repair center (if one is nearby) to be repaired.

or create an online repair order and send in to be repaired. this requires creating a Microsoft account (if you don't have one) and being sure your device is registered under this account. see:
