I am so tired of talking to a bot that is really no help at all. If you're going to have an AI component, make sure it can actually help your customers!!!!! Even the directions it gives seem to be obsolete!!!

Need to nail down where you are seeing the Xbox entry.
Is it this Profile on your Microsoft Account Home page? https://account.microsoft.com/profile
If not, a screen shot of where you are seeing it would be helpful. Be sure the redact any personal info from the image before you post. Or if you can describe the steps you take to get to the place where you see it?
