Do you currently have an active Microsoft subscription, or has it already expired/lapsed?
You can update the payment method for your subscription by signing in to your Microsoft account and going to:
- Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services
- Find your subscription, select Manage, then look for Payment options or Update payment method.
