Dear Sirs, please could you send to me through windows update from my laptop the updates for drivers wich are creating serious problems.

I have Windows 11 Home 64 biti installed .

1.Microsoft Basic Display Adapter- update 31.0.21923.1000 released Thu Mar06.2025

2.Realtek USB 2.0 Card Reader -update 10.0.26200.31292 released Tue Jan.06.2026

3.Realteck bluetooth Adapter-update16.4033.2312.2503 released Thu Oct.30.2025

4.Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller-update 1168.29.50.202 released Mon.Feb.02.2026

5.High Definition Audio Device -update available 10.01.42 released Tue nov04.2025

6.Realtek 8822CE Wireless LAN 802.11ac PCI-E NIC(update 2024.10.2310 released WEd.Nov.05.2025)

7.Microsoft AC Adapter;-update10.0.26100.8655 released Wed Jun.21 2006

    Hello,

    Windows Update cannot manually send a specific list of drivers to an individual computer through this community forum. Driver availability is determined by the laptop model, hardware IDs, Windows version, and drivers published by the device manufacturer.

    Please try the following steps:

    1. Open Settings > Windows Update > Advanced options > Optional updates > Driver updates.

    Install only the drivers offered specifically for your computer, and then restart it.

    Visit your laptop manufacturer’s official support website and enter the exact model or serial number. Install the latest chipset driver first, followed by graphics, network, Bluetooth, card-reader and audio drivers.

    Avoid downloading drivers from unofficial third-party driver websites.

    The Microsoft Basic Display Adapter is a generic Windows driver. Seeing this usually means that the correct Intel, AMD or NVIDIA graphics driver is not currently installed. Download the graphics driver from the laptop manufacturer’s support page.

    The Microsoft AC Adapter driver date of June 21, 2006 does not necessarily mean that the driver is outdated. Microsoft commonly uses this date for built-in Windows drivers for compatibility and driver-ranking purposes.

    If a recently installed driver caused the problem, open Device Manager, right-click the affected device, select Properties > Driver, and check whether Roll Back Driver is available.

    Please provide the following information so we can assist you more accurately:

    Laptop manufacturer and exact model

    Windows version and build number from winver

    Any error codes shown in Device Manager

    Which devices are currently malfunctioning

    Whether the problem began after a Windows or driver update

    Please do not install the listed versions solely based on their version numbers or release dates, because an incompatible driver may cause additional problems.

    Hi!

    Windows Update doesn't manually send drivers. Did you recently reinstall the system? Or are you trying to resolve a driver issue?

    I need your computer or laptop model to be able to help. Please do this:

    • Press WINDOWS + R > Type "msinfo32" > In System Summary, send me a screenshot.

    I went to Device Manager- I did expand each component and press it on update driver.NO USE...
