Microsoft/Minecraft account hacked

So I allowed my friends to use my laptop for a bit. They joined a random server on discord that was minecraft related and in order to verify, they had to give my minecraft user and email connected to it. I never allowed them to do that by the way, but they ended up giving it, and they asked for a code which was the sign in code. My friends gave it and now my microsoft account is hacked. I can't access it or play it or anything. They changed the email to my account, and then changed it again to something else so that what im assuming is that I can't see what the new new email is to recover it. I dont know what to do in this case, i spent $30 bucks for minecraft on that account and i cant just lose it. If anyone knows what to do, please help, microsoft support wont help because they already changed the email what im assuming thrice. I have emails for proof.
