Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
Based on my research, a delegate does not have permission to share the calendar with other users. The ability to grant or modify sharing permissions is typically limited to the mailbox owner or performed by an administrator.
If your goal is related to improving team collaboration, you may consider using a Microsoft 365 Group. This approach provides a shared calendar experience, and the group owner can manage members and access more effectively.

I hope this provides additional insight.
