I do NOT need a Microsoft 365 account purchased on 10 June and would request a refund as it has been less than 30 days.

Thank you

    Please go to https://account.live.com

Sign into your Microsoft account. Then go to Services. Click on Manage for the subscription plan you want to cancel.

For refund, open the "Get Help" app on your computer (just search for it in the Start menu). or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.

To request a refund, the Microsoft 365 subscription must be cancelled first, then refund eligibility is evaluated automatically based on region and policy.

    Follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Services & subscriptions page: https://account.microsoft.com/services.
    2. Sign in with the same Microsoft account that was used to purchase Microsoft 365 on 10 June.
    3. Under Services & subscriptions, locate the Microsoft 365 subscription purchased on 10 June.
    4. Select Manage.
      • If Turn on recurring billing is shown instead of Manage, the subscription is already set to expire on the date shown and no further charges will occur.
    5. On the management page, select Cancel (or Upgrade or Cancel, depending on what is shown).
    6. Scroll through and follow the on-screen instructions to complete cancellation.

After cancellation, Microsoft checks whether the subscription is eligible for a refund according to the Microsoft Store Terms of Sale and local rules. In some countries (for example Canada, Israel, Korea, Turkey, and certain longer renewed subscriptions in Denmark, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, and Portugal), a prorated refund may be applied automatically.

If the subscription was purchased through Google Play, the Apple App Store, or a third-party retailer (such as Amazon or Harvey Norman), cancellation and refund must be requested directly from that provider.

If cancellation is not possible using the steps above or the refund does not appear as expected, use guided support by going to Contact Microsoft Support, entering the billing issue, selecting Get Help, and then choosing Contact Support for further assistance.
