Is this your legitimate invoice for service by technician, Ray?

I thought I was calling Microsoft help line to get help with my printer set up and my email. When I got the invoice from "Ray", It said "Hewlitt Printers at the top of page and no address and phone number. It was for "$199.99. The technician, Ray, has called me non- stop to get his money immediately. He insists that I allow him access into my computer so he can "get the money himself". I want to pay for the service if it is fair and from a legitimate company. I had a fraud on my bank account last week and it has taken a few days to get a new Debit card and access to this account. That is the only hold up, except for the unusual behavior of this technician. Is he in your employ? Is this normal behavior for your employees? Thank you. Linda Scheumann
