Based on the screenshot, the error AADSTS20012 indicates an issue with the sign-in process, specifically related to how the authentication response is being handled.
This is not an issue with the Outlook mobile app or the Samsung device itself. Instead, it points to a issue with your organization’s authentication setup (federated identity provider). Because of that, the Outlook app is unable to complete the sign-in when adding your work account.
As this is a user-to-user forum and we do not have access to backend configuration, you will need to contact your IT administrator to investigate this further. They can review the identity provider configuration and sign-in logs using the Request ID and Correlation ID shown in the error message.
