POP x GMAIL

No matter what I do, there is no setu to make it work. From GMAIL side everything is set up, but outlook don't connect.

Adding Teams to Outlook Classic issue

I want to add-in Teams to my updated Outlook Classic. I get an error message "The date you entered occurs before the start date" . I am not sure I have entered a start date! How do I fix this?
